How do I get a library card?
For residents of Warren, you need to have proof of residence. This can be your license or a letter that has been mailed to you, etc. With that proof, simply come to the library and fill out a form. We'll then issue you a library card.
For out of district patrons, there is a $75 per year charge. However, if you have a library card from one of our neighboring libraries (Freeport, Stockton, etc.), bring in your card and you can become a reciprocal borrower with no charge. In either case, the library card form needs to be filled out.
For children, it is the exact same process as the adults, but the form requires a parent signature.
